By bus:
line number 6 (travelling
between “Square
Violette-Place Dorian” and “La
métare-CHPL”) is a fast and easy way to join the workshop;
Get off at “Centre
Congrès” bus stop, and not at the “Ecole des Mines-Hotel de
Police” bus stop.
Notice
that ATM (cash machines) are available only at the stops of the tramline, but
you may buy a ticket in any tobacconist's or in the bus (ready cash only),
price is 1.20€.
With a ticket, you may take
as many connections (or round trip) as you want, during one hour after the
first validation (you must punch the ticket each time you take a bus or a
tram).
You rest at the Mercure Hotel
or at the Astoria hotel, you take the bus at the stop
“Rond-Point” in the direction “Place Dorian-Square
Violette” and you get off at the bus stop “Centre Congrès”.
The
traffic circle “Rond-Point” is located below the highway bridge,
and the bus stop is by the side of the “Quick” restaurant.
You rest in an hotel in
the city center, (e.g. Cheval Noir- or
Tenor-Hotel), you take the bus at the stop “Dorian” in the
direction “La Métare-CHPL”, and you get off at the bus stop
“Centre Congrès”.
The
Dorian square is located by the side of the City Hall square.

Terminus-Hotel), you take the bus Line 9 (travelling between
“Montreynaud” and “La Métare-CHPL”) at the stop
“Gare de Châteaucreux” in the direction “La
Métare-CHPL”. You get off the bus at the station “Place
Villeboeuf” to connect with the line 6, or to go by walking (10 mn, see
below).

Fauriel”, near after the Massenet Conservatoire.

your right hand the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a rounded small white

Caution:
Downtown is currently affected by many
transformations linked to the installation of a new tramline between
Chateaucreux-station and the very centre, “Place du peuple”. In the
same time, the first tramline is totally redesigned along the main street,
occasioning here also a lot of troubles in the city and in the bus line
organization. At the time you will rest in

If your computer is CENTRINO designed (or equivalent), you will stay
connected to the WEB during the workshop sessions, through the wireless LAN of
the Espace Fauriel.
You will find a WIFI-key with the access card, and a printer will be
accessible for the participants.
